Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition efforts, conduct interviews, and present viable candidates to managers and directors
• Coordinate onboarding of new employees, acting as main point of contact
• Implement internal training and communication strategies
• Manage logistics for internal events, including space preparation and vendor coordination
