💼 About This Role

You'll build and drive the Allegiant Email Program, working with partners across the enterprise to create automated, personalized campaigns. You will approach email from a quantitative perspective, scaling successful initiatives and optimizing performance. This role offers the chance to own end-to-end email creation for a major airline brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, launch, test, and analyze email campaigns
• Develop smart automated emails to reengage customers
• Execute and report on A/B and multivariate testing
• Assist IT and BI teams with data management

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years online marketing experience
• 2+ years email marketing experience
• 2+ years managing personalized email programs
• Experience with Cheetah Digital or similar ESP

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a B2C company
• Knowledge of HTML best practices
• Understanding of CAN-SPAM, CASL, WCAG compliance
