πΌ About This Role
You'll own the full sales process for mid-market and enterprise customers, acquiring net-new accounts and maximizing revenue. You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive customer satisfaction and retention. This role offers the chance to source your own pipeline and close deals in a fast-to-mid-length sales cycle.
π― What You'll Do
- Hunt, develop, and close net-new accounts aligned with target ICP
- Run consultative sales process using SPICED/MEDDIC frameworks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
- Conduct deep discovery and ROI-based selling with executive presentations
π Requirements
- 5+ years in customer-facing or sales role with pipeline generation focus
- 1-2 years running full sales cycles including closing
- Proven track record of quota attainment and outperformance

- Experience selling to learning or enablement departments
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or SPICED frameworks
