🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and assess incoming lien and levy requests for legitimacy and compliance
• Place holds on merchant accounts according to legal requirements
• Draft and send notices to claimants and affected merchants
• Communicate with merchants via email and phone to explain processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3-5 years of experience in account operations or collections
• Exceptional attention to detail when reviewing legal documents
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
