💼 About This Role

You'll review system drawings and perform walkdowns to validate utility systems at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Your work will populate the CMMS with asset data and support strategic asset management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and validate P&IDs to reflect as-built conditions
• Perform walkdowns to gather data on installed parts and assets
• Set up and populate CMMS system hierarchy and asset data
• Label system components and document interfaces and FMEA

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of industrial experience
• U.S. citizenship
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
• Experience with CMMS and asset management

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ISO 55000
• Knowledge of PLC (Rockwell/AB) and SCADA/HMI (FactoryTalk, GE iFix)
• Experience with FMEA, RCA, Lean Six Sigma
