You'll lead product development strategy for an ETF industry leader with $100B+ in assets. You'll drive innovative investment solutions across asset classes and collaborate with the CEO and senior management. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute product development strategy across multiple asset classes and channels.
• Generate innovative ideas for first-to-market investment products targeting advisors and self-directed investors.
• Lead market research and use client feedback to identify opportunities and guide product improvements.
• Oversee product development from concept to launch, ensuring feasibility, integrity, and commercial success.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in asset management with product development and team leadership.
• Advanced degree in quantitative field and/or CFA/CAIA preferred.
• Proven success developing and launching products across equities, fixed income, private markets, and liquid alternatives.
• Deep understanding of ETFs and evolving financial landscape, investor behavior, and global regulation.
