🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop Client Service Managers.
• Oversee regional recruitment and onboarding for client admin roles.
• Own regional MI reporting on capacity, quality, and workload.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive process improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Background in client services or paraplanning within financial services
• Strong understanding of regulatory framework including Conduct Rules
• Proven experience leading and developing management teams
• Ability to interpret MI and use data to drive decisions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
