Description

Join Boulder Care to deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting. You will independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a supportive team model, empowering patients to reduce harm and build stability on their own terms.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in your state of residence
• 2 years experience in independent outpatient setting regularly prescribing buprenorphine including initiating care
• Ability to work autonomously
• Private workspace with HIPAA-compliant setup
• Reside in specified states
