📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading operations or business-critical teams.
• Solid experience with complex KYC cases in fintech, payments, banking, or crypto.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and CDD/ODD/EDD/EDR.
• Ability to bring structure and clarity in demanding situations.
