💼 About This Role

You'll drive operational excellence across our bakery by leading loss elimination initiatives and coaching teams on problem-solving. You will partner with line leaders to strengthen daily management systems and support a culture of continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead loss elimination initiatives across assigned Value Stream.
• Support Daily Management Systems including Centerline and 5S.
• Analyze line data to prioritize loss elimination opportunities.
• Drive root cause problem-solving on chronic issues.

📋 Requirements

• Mechanical/technical aptitude with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect and motivate people at all levels.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Trainer or ability to train and coach others.
• Experience facilitating process improvement initiatives.
• BA Degree (ENG, Supply Chain, Business) or Associate's with 2 years TPM experience.
