💼 About This Role

You'll manage a team of 4-6 operations associates handling end-to-end fine art shipments. You'll own team performance across key metrics like transit lead times and client satisfaction, while serving as the escalation point for complex situations such as customs holds or damaged works. This role offers flexibility on remote work and a dynamic team spirit.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage 4-6 operations associates handling fine art shipments
• Own team performance across key metrics
• Serve as escalation point for complex operational situations
• Monitor active shipments and identify bottlenecks
• Coach team on client communication and best practices

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in fine art logistics or high-value freight forwarding
• Fluent English and French required
• Proven team leadership or ability to ramp up on management
• Solid grounding in complex transport operations

• Air freight including dangerous goods, ATA carnets, CITES
