💼 About This Role

You'll design and operate ephemeral developer environments and pre-production quality gates for the AI growth platform at a Series C company backed by top investors. You'll build infrastructure that multiplies the output of engineers and AI agents alike.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operate ephemeral, pre-warmed development environments
• Build automated load testing, performance, and security gates in CI/CD
• Develop containerized mock services for local integration testing
• Create internal tooling and dashboards for pipeline observability

📋 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles
• Expertise with Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS (IAM, VPC, ECR, etc.)
• Strong IaC experience (Terraform) and GitOps workflows (Argo CD)
• Experience building ephemeral environments or developer tooling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with load testing frameworks (k6, Locust, Gatling)
• CI/CD depth (CircleCI, GitHub Actions) with caching and parallelism
• Observability fundamentals (Datadog, OpenTelemetry)
