Description

You will lead sourcing strategy, supplier selection, and procurement for components and finished goods to support Redwood's energy storage products, working cross-functionally to optimize cost, quality, and availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or economics
• 5-7 years of supply chain experience
• Working knowledge of manufacturing operations and process improvement
• Ability to interpret operational, technical, and financial data
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Develop sourcing strategy for assigned components
• Lead supplier selection activities
• Drive cost reduction and inventory management strategies
