In this role, you will support schools and educators by responding to inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience with IXL's personalized learning products. You'll generate quotes, maintain records in Salesforce, and partner with internal teams to drive sales and renewals.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Exceptional phone skills
- Comfortable with technology
- Experienced with G Suite, Excel, and Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Explain product features and benefits to customers through email and phone
- Generate quotes for new, renewal, and upgrade customers
- Maintain detailed records in Salesforce
- Partner with internal teams to drive sales and renewals
