🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule drivers for daily delivery volume ensuring adequate coverage
• Monitor and coach driver performance for safety and efficiency
• Coordinate with HR and fleet teams on personnel and vehicle issues
• Track and report ground-level KPIs including overtime and morale

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of logistics supervisory last mile experience
• Advanced data analysis skills using Excel, Tableau, and other platforms
