๐ผ About This Role
You'll serve as a critical technical bridge between R&D, Customer Support, QA, and Product, troubleshooting complex issues in federal enclave and AWS production environments. You'll lead root-cause investigations and drive improvements to product quality and engineering workflows.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Diagnose and analyze product issues in federal and AWS environments
- Lead root cause investigations and document findings
- Monitor production performance indicators and alerts
- Build and maintain debugging tools and dashboards
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years experience in technical support, DevOps, SRE, or QA
- Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems or cloud environments
- Hands-on experience with logs and monitoring platforms (Kibana, Grafana, etc.)
- Solid scripting/coding ability in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with federal enclave or restricted-access environments
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms
- Background in incident management or SRE best practices
