You'll serve as a critical technical bridge between R&D, Customer Support, QA, and Product, troubleshooting complex issues in federal enclave and AWS production environments. You'll lead root-cause investigations and drive improvements to product quality and engineering workflows.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and analyze product issues in federal and AWS environments
  • Lead root cause investigations and document findings
  • Monitor production performance indicators and alerts
  • Build and maintain debugging tools and dashboards

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in technical support, DevOps, SRE, or QA
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems or cloud environments
  • Hands-on experience with logs and monitoring platforms (Kibana, Grafana, etc.)
  • Solid scripting/coding ability in Python, Bash, or PowerShell

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with federal enclave or restricted-access environments
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms
  • Background in incident management or SRE best practices
