You'll own and govern the end-to-end supply chain planning framework across demand, supply, production, inventory, and network operations. You'll drive global S&OP and IBP processes, aligning cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide decision-making. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Govern end-to-end supply chain planning framework
• Define and standardize global planning processes and governance
• Manage and improve S&OP process for demand-supply alignment
• Lead scenario planning and develop executive recommendations
• Establish and monitor planning KPIs (forecast accuracy, service levels)

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business
• 6-10 years experience in supply chain transformation
• Expertise in end-to-end planning processes (demand, supply, inventory)
• Experience with SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP, or similar planning systems

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience in regulated industries (biopharma, healthcare)
• APICS/CSCP, PMP, or Six Sigma certification
