Your work will directly shape how millions of users connect with AI, shipping high-quality characters on a weekly release cycle. You'll collaborate with a small, elite remote team building category-creating AI products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own character LoRA training and concept generation
• Test generative AI characters for consistency and quality
• Follow trends to ensure content is fresh and culturally relevant
• Research new techniques and workflows for character creation

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of proven track record in creative or technical roles
• Technical proficiency in LoRA training
• Strong creative eye for character and face selection
• Fluent in English

• Hands-on experience with Kohya ss, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI
• Image editing skills via Photoshop or AI tooling
