πΌ About This Role
You'll join the New Product Introduction team to turn R&D into reliable, production-ready manufacturing for advanced thermal interface materials. You'll own process control and data analysis to achieve high safety, capacity, and yield targets. This role offers the chance to solve critical thermal management challenges in the semiconductor and electronics industry.
π― What You'll Do
- Design and optimize novel chemical/materials processes for commercial production
- Deliver Release-to-Manufacturing milestones and scale capacity
- Develop and execute DOEs to improve process stability and capability
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve assignable cause variation
π Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science
- Experience developing chemical processes and roll-to-roll systems
- Ability to perform hazard analyses and ensure safe operation of complex processes
- Strong understanding of sensing technologies and data acquisition methods for process monitoring
