You'll coach Team Leads on performance management and org design for a high-growth AI startup backed by Sequoia and Index. Your work directly shapes how we scale from 100 to 200+ people without losing speed or quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach team leads on performance management and org design
• Own calibrations, feedback frameworks, and career progression
• Design onboarding, leadership development, and AI enablement
• Scale people systems from 100 to 200+ employees

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in people/performance/org development in high-growth environment
• Or 2-3 years Tier 1 consulting plus hands-on startup experience
• Built performance frameworks or onboarding programs from scratch
• Native German + strong English

✨ Nice to Have

• Network in DACH startup ecosystem (CDTM, MBB alumni, VC circles)
• Experience with talent or recruiting topics
