You'll lead enterprise sales teams across the region driving net new logo wins for an AI language platform. You'll bring operational excellence and rigor to the sales organization.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide clear direction and inspire Enterprise Sales Leaders and their teams
  • Hire, onboard, and coach Sales Leaders to manage Account Executive teams
  • Own attainment of performance metrics across the sales funnel
  • Deliver accurate, predictable sales forecasts to senior leadership

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven success in leading sales managers within enterprise B2B SaaS
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop high-performing teams
  • Results-oriented with passion for driving customer success
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC or other sales methodologies

  • Mixture of scale-up and corporate experience
  • Experience leading teams across UK, Nordics, France, Benelux, and Emerging Markets
