Description

You will act as the bridge between business needs and data platform, designing, building, and scaling reliable data products that enable better decision-making across the company. You'll lead end-to-end data projects with high autonomy, influence data strategy, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Experience as an Analytics Engineer or similar role
• Strong skills in ETL/ELT optimization and data modeling
• Ability to partner with technical and business stakeholders
• Knowledge of data governance principles
• Autonomy to lead initiatives and influence strategy
