You'll lead HighLevel's data platforms and operations at scale, owning architecture, reliability, and governance for systems processing over 4 billion daily API hits. You'll drive operational excellence across a global, remote-first environment and ensure scalability and cost efficiency for core datastores. This role offers the chance to shape the data infrastructure powering over 1 million businesses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor Data Engineering and DRE teams
• Own core data platforms including MongoDB Atlas and ClickHouse
• Define and enforce RTO/RPO standards for disaster recovery
• Drive cost optimization and efficiency across data platforms

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of engineering experience with significant focus on data platforms
• Prior experience leading data infrastructure or database teams at scale
• Experience with MongoDB Atlas or similar document databases
• Experience with ClickHouse or similar analytical databases

• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments
• GCP-based data platform experience
• Experience building or leading Data Reliability Engineering teams
