🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive the NAM Tech delivery roadmap
• End-to-end delivery of technical projects including requirements, planning, and execution
• Act as main client-facing lead for technical projects
• Lead transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of project/program management with technical project experience
• 4+ years in people management
• Technical background in software engineering, infrastructure, and deployment
• Experience with API-based software integrations and Agile methodologies

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Computer Science
• Experience in QSR, digital signage, or retail technology
• Familiarity with Content Management platforms
