💼 About This Role

You'll own the compliance agenda for a pioneering crypto brand expanding into the UAE, acting as the primary interface with VARA regulators. Your work will establish scalable controls and build regulatory credibility from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead regulatory readiness and ongoing supervision for VARA expectations.
• Act as day-to-day interface with VARA, managing regulator engagement.
• Build connective tissue between Dubai market realities and Manila leadership.
• Drive fast, hands-on execution in a high-ambiguity startup environment.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years senior compliance experience in regulated financial services.
• Hands-on exposure to VASP/fintech/payments regulated environments.
• Comfortable operating as primary regulator interface with credibility.

• Prior UAE regulatory engagement with existing relationships.
• Experience at a crypto exchange or digital asset platform.
