You will drive operational and customer experience improvements by analyzing data and feedback, developing reports and dashboards, and collaborating across teams to implement process and product changes. This role requires a data-driven mindset to optimize both Captain and Customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and Excel
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in customer experience, operations, or analytics preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational data and customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track performance and KPIs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement CX improvements via policy, product, and process changes
  • Support product rollouts and monitor adoption metrics
  • Act as liaison between Customer Experience, Operations, and Product teams
