💼 About This Role

You'll perform due diligence on clients and analyze KYC information to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. Your work will directly support global payments infrastructure and help safeguard against financial crimes. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to implement onboarding workflows across new markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform due diligence on clients using internal and third-party sources
• Liaise with clients to obtain necessary KYC documentation
• Conduct periodic reviews of existing client accounts
• Work with Product & Technology teams to implement onboarding workflows

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of Client Due Diligence requirements (preferably US, EU, AU, Asia)
• Prior experience in global payments or cross-border remittance companies is a plus
• Flexible to work rotational shifts and outside normal office hours

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other technology tools
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
