Description

You will manage publisher migrations and provide ongoing support, balancing technical problem-solving with relationship management to help news publishers optimize use of the Newspack platform. You'll own project timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and contribute to product improvements.

Requirements

• Solid working knowledge of WordPress core functionality and ecosystem
• Background in client services, account management, or technical support
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage publisher migrations from alignment through launch, owning timelines and coordinating stakeholders
• Develop close relationships with news publishers, troubleshoot issues, help optimize Newspack features
• Maintain deep knowledge of Newspack platform, WordPress, and news publishing landscape
• Work independently and collaboratively, sharing learnings and contributing to team improvement
• Develop and refine project management and communication systems, document solutions
