You'll play a crucial role in producing high-performance cooled infrared cameras and components for Anduril's AIRS team. Your core impact will be ensuring wire bonding operations and microelectronic assembly meet the highest quality and reliability standards. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute complex wire bonding operations on various substrates
• Perform microelectronic assembly including adhesive and epoxy application
• Interpret technical documentation like build sheets and engineering drawings
• Conduct quality assurance inspections using measurement equipment

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven proficiency in wire bonding techniques (manual gold ball, wedge, ribbon; semi-automatic; automated)
• Exceptional manual dexterity to work under a microscope for entire shift
• Strong ability to read and follow technical documentation such as build sheets, ICDs, and engineering drawings

• Experience with Westbond or similar bonding equipment
• Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and ESD procedures
