  • Investigate and resolve API and SDK implementation issues
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years experience in technical support within Telecom or SaaS
  • Experience supporting or implementing APIs or SDKs
  • Experience with IP-based multimedia communication technologies

  • Experience with programming languages like PHP, Python, Ruby, Node
  • Experience building apps using iOS, Android, or JavaScript
