As an Operations Associate, you will drive store profitability and efficiency by executing inventory management, shipment processing, and sales floor replenishment while maintaining strong visual standards. You'll work closely with the store team to optimize operations and support a safe work environment.

• Experience in inventory management or retail operations
• Ability to work closely with management to escalate process gaps
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Capability to maintain visual merchandising standards
• Part-time availability including weekends

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with store management
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, and sales floor replenishment
• Champion strong visual standards and floor set updates
• Maintain stockroom standards and ensure safe work environment
