As a Senior Specialist Automation Engineer at NICE, you will lead QA efforts for software projects, ensuring robust and high-performing software through automation, performance testing, and chaos engineering. You will mentor a team, design automation frameworks with Playwright and Selenium, and handle testing for cloud and containerized environments, all within a hybrid work model.

Requirements

• 12-16 years IT experience
• Proficiency in Java or C#
• Experience with Playwright and Selenium
• Hands-on with JMeter or Gatling
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA engineers
• Design and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium
