Description

You will lead the retail expansion strategy across the APAC region, overseeing store development including construction, vendor relationships, and financial planning. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new openings, relocations, and renovations align with the brand's vision and standards, managing budgets and timelines to deliver high-end retail experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field
• 10+ years experience in retail store development, project management, or construction, focusing on luxury retail
• Strong knowledge of APAC market including cultural nuances, regulatory requirements, and real estate dynamics
• Proven track record managing large-scale store development projects across multiple regions
• Experience with high-end luxury retail brands strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of new store openings, relocations, and renovations across APAC
• Collaborate with Retail, Real Estate, Store Design, Merchandising, and Finance to align development with business objectives
• Conduct market and site feasibility studies with regional Real Estate Director
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for on-time, on-budget project delivery
• Select, negotiate, and manage third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers
