You'll conduct novel ML research to power proactive AI agents that observe and automate enterprise workflows. Your work will directly shape Thorin's product by advancing models for understanding organizational coordination. You'll join a small founding team backed by 8VC with direct mentorship from Joe Lonsdale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop novel ML research grounded in product needs.
• Design and test ML methods to improve model performance.
• Partner with engineering and product to deploy research insights.
• Build prototypes and evaluate feasibility for production.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in ML, CS, or related field.
• Strong foundation in deep learning and large-scale AI systems.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Ability to bridge research and product engineering.

• Publications in NLP, representation learning, or workflow automation.
• Experience with LLMs or retrieval systems.
