You'll lead global HR strategy and operations at Aquabyte, a mission-driven aquaculture tech company. You'll partner with leadership on talent planning, organizational design, and workforce development while implementing scalable HR processes across Norway, the US, and Chile. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution in a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and maintain HR processes for consistency and efficiency
• Develop global HR policies aligned with local requirements
• Partner with leadership on talent planning and organizational design
• Support and advise leadership on organizational development and performance management

📋 Requirements

• Experience developing global HR policies across multiple regions
• Experience partnering with leadership on talent and organizational strategy
• High EQ and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in a scaling organization implementing HR processes

✨ Nice to Have

• Norwegian language proficiency
• Experience with Tripletex or Visma HR systems
• Background in tech or startup environment
