💼 About This Role

You'll lead Asana's global analytics function, ensuring critical business decisions are grounded in trusted data. As a strategic partner, you'll oversee Marketing, Growth, and Revenue analytics teams to drive PLG and SLG efficiency and AI-powered self-serve analytics. This role offers the opportunity to shape an AI-first analytics environment with a hybrid schedule in San Francisco.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a global team of analysts across San Francisco, Chicago, and Warsaw
• Drive analytics strategy focusing on acquisition efficiency and spend optimization
• Own business logic and metric definitions for trusted self-serve analytics
• Partner with Data Engineering to drive adoption of self-serve capabilities
• Champion use of agentic AI and emerging data technologies

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years in data analytics or related field with 6+ years in people leadership
• Expert-level SQL and hands-on experience with Databricks or equivalent platforms
• Demonstrated experience deploying AI-powered analytics in production
• Deep understanding of AI self-serve trustworthiness including semantic layers and data quality
