Description
You will join Anthropic's Customer Success team to drive AI adoption across the Industry segment, partnering with customers in Financial Services, Systems Integrators, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, and Retail to harness the full potential of Claude's capabilities. You'll serve as a strategic advisor, help customers scale usage, shape research and product development, and directly influence how we deliver value as a business.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering.
- Experience working with enterprises in Financial Services, Systems Integrators, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, or Retail industries.
- Technical fluency to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns.
- Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models.
- Proven track record managing a portfolio of accounts while maintaining strong relationships and driving measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
- Become an expert in Anthropic's products (API, Claude Code, Claude for Enterprise) to guide customers to the right solutions.
- Proactively drive usage planning and monitor patterns to optimize consumption and maximize value from contracted commitments.
- Serve as a thought partner, socializing product roadmap, driving awareness of new products, and engaging with Product managers.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations.
