🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategy for recommendation algorithms across the platform
• Design recommendation models using collaborative filtering and deep learning

• Lead A/B testing to validate algorithmic improvements

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in applied data science
• 5+ years working with recommendation systems
• Deep expertise in recommendation algorithms (collaborative filtering, neural networks)
• Experience with Python, SQL, TensorFlow/PyTorch

• Experience in streaming media or entertainment platforms
• Knowledge of RLHF and reinforcement learning for recommendations
