💼 About This Role

You'll own the full finance function at Flagler Health, building FP&A, accounting, treasury, and strategic finance from the ground up. You'll partner with the executive team on fundraising, M&A, and operating model decisions. This is a player-coach seat with a direct line to the CEO and a clear path to CFO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build forecasting, budgeting, KPIs, and management reporting infrastructure
• Lead the next fundraise end-to-end, including investor narrative and modeling
• Drive M&A strategy and execution from sourcing to integration
• Own accounting function, monthly close, audit readiness, and internal controls

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or private equity
• Strong technical chops across financial modeling, GAAP fundamentals, capital structure, and unit economics
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for board and investor presentations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
