🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead organizational change management strategy for SAP S/4HANA rollout
• Plan and execute communication and engagement actions with stakeholders
• Map and assess organizational impacts of the implementation
• Develop and deliver training plans for end-users and key-users
• Coordinate Go-Live preparation, cutover, and hypercare support

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as Change Manager in SAP S/4HANA projects
• Hands-on experience in multi-country or multi-unit SAP rollouts
• Strong experience in user training
• Knowledge of change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, SAP Activate)
