💼 About This Role

You'll support accounting operations and month-end close for a digital-first marketing company. Your work will directly impact financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance across the corporate shared services team. This role is fully remote with a focus on U.S. GAAP and ERP systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Support month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and subledger accuracy
• Assist with intercompany reconciliations and treasury activities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5+ years of accounting experience
• ERP system experience (Maconomy preferred)
• U.S. GAAP knowledge

• CPA designation in progress
• Public accounting experience
• SOX compliance familiarity
