You'll lead all accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls across SafeLease, a profitable insurtech company. Your expertise in GAAP and Big Four experience will drive scalable financial operations. This high-visibility role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and strategic decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own all accounting operations, general ledger, and month-end close processes
• Prepare GAAP financial statements for multiple entities
• Lead annual audit and liaise with external auditors
• Build and mentor the accounting team

📋 Requirements

• CPA designation required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Big Four background (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG)
• GAAP expertise and financial reporting skills

• Experience in insurance or insurtech industries
• Master's degree in Accounting or MBA
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics
