💼 About This Role

You'll recruit, onboard, and enable implementation and reseller partners across EMEA for Abacum's business planning platform. You'll drive partner-driven revenue growth and ensure partner satisfaction through strategic relationship management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and recruit implementation and reseller partners in EMEA
• Lead structured onboarding programs for new partners
• Train partners on GTM strategies and product capabilities
• Co-develop joint business plans with partners

📋 Requirements

• Partner management experience in SaaS or EPM/CPM sectors
• Demonstrated success recruiting and enabling implementation partners
• Deep understanding of GTM strategies and partner enablement
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
