You'll be the first recruiter and lead Wispr's talent team, scaling engineering and ML from 15 to 50. You'll define the talent brand, host events, and manage full candidate relationships. - Scale engineering and ML teams from 15 to 50 in 2026

- Host events, meetups, and lunches to build relationships
- Manage full candidate lifecycle from first touch to close
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience in startup environment
- Track record of hiring top talent across product design and engineering
- Proactive, ambitious, results-oriented approach
- Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities
