You'll be the first recruiter and lead Wispr's talent team, scaling engineering and ML from 15 to 50. You'll define the talent brand, host events, and manage full candidate relationships.   • 7+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience in startup environment
  • Track record of hiring top talent across product design and engineering
  • Proactive, ambitious, results-oriented approach
  • Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities
