🎯 What You'll Do

• Support customers throughout their lifecycle to ensure continued usage.
• Monitor customer health metrics and usage trends to identify risks.
• Prepare business reviews with usage data and operational insights.
• Partner with Sales, Implementation, and Marketing for go-to-market initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing role.
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort interpreting usage metrics.
• Highly organized to manage multiple customer initiatives simultaneously.
