Description

Motive is seeking a founding Account Executive for the Mexico region to build the sales organization from scratch. You will prospect and win new business through strong relationships, overachieve targets, and partner with leadership to enhance local sales strategies, all while working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of success in full-cycle direct B2B sales
  • Experience building relationships across functions and influencing decision makers
  • Ability to handle 3-6 month sales cycles with six-figure annual deal sizes
  • Hunter mentality with focus on new logo acquisition
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Slack and other enterprise tools

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and win new business by developing strong relationships with key prospects
  • Consistently achieve above KPI targets in a performance-based environment
  • Partner with sales leadership to enhance country-specific playbooks, pitches, and processes
  • Provide recommendations based on business needs and negotiate contract terms
  • Proactively identify customer issues and drive cross-functional support
