💼 About This Role

You'll own and build Flow's Fitness, Sports & Wellbeing vertical across Riyadh communities, combining product design, community building, and business operations. You'll create a wellness ecosystem that attracts residents, deepens engagement, and drives revenue. This role operates across multiple properties and requires high ownership and creativity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage wellness spaces to ensure best-in-class standards.
• Design and manage weekly class schedules across properties.
• Recruit and onboard top-tier instructors.
• Develop and scale wellness revenue streams.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years experience in wellness, fitness, or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of fitness programming and instructor management.
• Experience building or scaling a service or community-based offering.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
