Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years customer experience
• 1+ years in Market Operations, Retail, Maintenance, or Logistics
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Generate and publish daily activity schedules for field teams
• Serve as first point of contact for network and scheduling issues
• Use internal systems to gather data and collaborate to minimize delivery delays
• Conduct root cause analysis and monitor resources for continuous improvement
• Perform administrative duties including documenting adjustments and communicating with leadership
