You'll lead key relationships within the Growth Customer Sales business at JioStar, driving digital advertising solutions for growth-focused advertisers. Your core impact will be owning revenue targets and accelerating adoption of JIOSTAR among emerging brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and nurture relationships with independent and network agencies.
• Own and drive revenue targets for agency accounts.
• Unlock new SMB clients via agency portfolios.
• Lead market intelligence and competitive insights gathering.

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years in digital ad sales or agency-facing roles.
• Track record of managing large accounts and delivering revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystem including performance marketing.
• Experience working with agencies and senior brand decision-makers.

• Familiarity with ad tech platforms and reporting tools.
• Experience with campaign optimisation frameworks.
