You will be the primary technical expert for Workday HCM modules, providing essential support to ensure system operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include entering and maintaining HR data, resolving tickets, assisting with system upgrades, and configuring Workday to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a Workday Admin
  • Experience with Workday HCM, reporting, talent, absence, benefits, and compensation modules
  • Experience providing technical support for enterprise applications
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Workday HCM modules, resolving system issues reported by end-users
  • Enter and maintain HR data in Workday, perform data changes and corrections
  • Maintain supervisory organizations
  • Assist with bi-annual system upgrades, testing, and analyzing new features
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and configurations
